Learn about the grieving process and take home suggestions to help you cope during our monthly Grief 101 support group sessions on the 3rd Thursday from 3:00-4:00 p.m. held at the Monarch Center on Jan. 20, Feb. 17, Mar. 17, Apr. 21, May 19, June 16, July 21, Aug. 18, Sept. 15, Oct. 20, Nov. 17 and Dec. 15.
